Product based companies criteria
I have all the skill sets which I found in product based companies JD. But surprise to see that my resume is not getting selected for any of their openings. What is the reason ? ( I am not talking about FAANG but general product based companies like MasterCard, Visa, VMware etc. )

Some companies’ HRs just don’t shortlist service based companies’ folks. Its not you, its then, many times people have bad experience with service based organisations’ people and then they make up their mind not to shortlist at resume round itself. Your best bet would be to try for lesser known product based companies, those MNCs which are setting up base new in India
But I can see on their LinkedIn page, many people from service based companies are hired by them
