Show the MCC code on the otp screen to the user.
Now with the saga of surcharge on Indian currency txn with international merchant it's bad experience.
If we get to know beforehand all details it'll be helpful.
Showing mcc code on top of the payment/checkout page is a good idea, this would also address the issue of misappropriation of mcc codes which most of the “enterprises” are doing to get better rates from the PG players; Didn’t get the correlation between surcharge and visibility of mcc code?

I book hotel at xyz website Now the credit card company charges me 1% rent surcharge + 1% dynamic currency fee.
At the very least I expect to see all the relevant metadata on the otp screen so that I can make a informed decision.
