Postman SDE 2 Offer
Hi,
I have an offer from Postman for SDE-2. My current YOE is approx 3.
Current TC: ~ 34 LPA
Offer from Postman: 50 LPA base.
There are no other components, like ESOPs, performance bonus, joining bonus.
Some questions I had:
How is the work at Postman, is it worth taking a switch from Microsoft to Postman.The work at Postman is full stack.
Hows the culture and wlb in general.
Are there layoffs and how is the average hike at Postman.

I also had the same offer but declined it later. My friend works here, work culture is not that good have heard silent layoffs happening intermittently. Many companies are also moving from Postman which will have a negative impact on them.
I see, thanks! I am not sure how good actually the Postman product is. The recruiter told me they haven’t taken funding for 4 years now. Is it a switch worth taking from Microsoft. I believe the compensation is the only thing good here, and the role is full stack.
