Positions which are always hiring on linkedin

Came across multiple profiles since last 1 year where a company has kept a role open for more than 1 year or keeps opening the same role every month.

Interviewd for two such roles and seems to me like it is just a gimmick or they seem to be getting no one in that place.

Some of these are ghost jobs where they just need the salary benchmark and some they just interview to get ideas for their company issues or get competitor insights.

4. Marketing Manager : Smallcase (closed now but keeps opening up)
