What does the salary range for GPM, Director and VP look like?
Same progression . GPM is 50 to 80 depends how big the firm is
Would add that this really depends a lot on the startup, founder, timing. Seen fairly large variation
I am a vp with 2.2 cr TC (1.4 cr cash)
I was Director product at a startup making 75 lpa - 60 cash and 15 ESOP
VP at most companies is at least 1 CR and could be beyond 2 CR too
I’m keen on knowing what PMs at tech startups (Series B and above) make in terms of CTC. Would also be helpful to highlight the levels (APM, PM, SPM, PPM, Director/AVP, VP and so on)
