Maybe it is c# and dotnet. I don't know anyone on those stacks in startup ecosystems. I guess it depends on where you've been applying.

From where are you applying or looking for jobs? That might be an issue as well, your resume is decent. Run it through the JD for keywords match before applying.

So take this from someone who has been on this journey for 8 months applied for over 2500+ roles - within less than 3 interview calls till date.

Background: Nontech - worked in FAANG with 8+ years experience in various domains & IIMA alumni.

Hiring managers are considering applications from their close circle and in case the pool is short, they will make a post on LinkedIn directly and get some resumes. Sometimes they prefer resume selected by the recruiter.
On average on LinkedIn each role has 300 applications to sometimes 2000 people applying against each role. Too much noise and companies don’t have resources to screen/interview multiple candidates. Whichever ticks all the boxes they are looking for they make the cut.
