Please help….Hashedin By Deloitte : Salary Negotiation for Senior Software Engineer.
Hi all, Do anyone have any experience with the salary negotiation for Senior software engineer Hashedin by deloitte. A day after tomorrow i have a Hr round scheduled where we will also discuss my expected ctc. I have overall 3 YOE as a backend developer in java. Initially, i told hr the my current ctc is 4.5 Ipa and i have an offer in handed with 14lpa offer and at that time Hr said that we will only stretch till 13-14 lpa. And currently i have one more offer with 16 Ipa fix +2.5 for sde role and i want at least 20% hike on base of my recent offer. So my question is, Can Hr will stretch for 18-19 lpa for senior software engineer role. Please share you experience and help me out here... please

It depends on the organisation from which you are holding the current offer.
At 3 years, it will be amazing but you will be putting yourself in a box when it comes to hikes and jumps futher down.
Sometime, some companies refuse hikes later, considering you are above the pay grade.
You can try and test your luck out.
