Please evaluate this offer from Accenture

I am having 9 years of experience in Salesforce Development. Having skills of salesforce cpq, sales cloud, LWC, Apex coding.

Recently I have got an offer from Accenture for role of Packaged app development assoc manager for Pune location.

Basically it is level 8.

Could you please evaluate my offer and let me know whether it is a good offer or not. Is this as per market standards? Below are the details:
