Cost of Living is high there... It's better to Stay in India, if you get 35 to 40 ℅ hike..
The research I did is that the rent for a 2 or 3 bhk is Rs 30000 which is cheaper than what I am paying here plus child education is being paid for which currently I am paying 10 percent of my salary in that. I just switched jobs and got a 25 percent hike. I won't get that again for a few years.
Think about Child Education n Cultural differences, How your spouse will adjust there, Cost of Travel to India and Net Savings after Taxes, not a good move with such low hike... Move to some other Indian Cities, that will be better
I know. Infact my wife has pushed me to go for this. She did all the research on everything including savings etc. My child is still young. Company is paying for tickets to India. Moving to another city where jobs are not much is riskier. I am in an industry where remote is not possible. Plus they are going to make me travel across the world and pay me for it. No harm in checking out.
