Planning to move abroad for career advancement

Hello all Wishing a very happy Diwali to everyone celebrating!

I am a Technical Lead with 7 years of experience at a startup based in Mumbai, working across various technologies, including Java and .NET. I am now planning to explore opportunities abroad to advance my career.

I am particularly interested in exploring roles in the USA, Europe, Dubai, Japan, Singapore, and other tech hubs. I have about 3-4 months to prepare and would appreciate any guidance on where to find relevant job opportunities in these regions, as well as advice on preparing for the interview process. Insights into trusted job portals, industry networks, and tips on structuring an effective study plan would be especially helpful.
