Planning for immediate relieve any ideas.

Hi, I’m considering leaving my job at Infosys as I’ve received another job offer with a 100% salary hike. I’m thinking of leaving Infosys immediately, though I will complete one year with the company on December 4th. However, I won’t be getting a salary hike, as the infosys expects a two-year commitment for that. I’m also currently working on a project. Can anyone offer advice on how I should proceed?
