It's not a product you can just use. Requires integration and an onboarding and the experience can vary depending on the size of the company using the product. The culture is decent

I understand that part, but the product has less reviews even review sites. Also, hearing here that it's actually not AI and they are doing lot of stuff manually in the backend.

Anyways, hoping best for the founders. They seem to be genuine. But can't say anything with lots of Startup frauds coming up
