Piramal rejection after submitting the documents

Got to know recently that piramal housing finance is not giving the offer after clearing all tech rounds and HM rounds and submitted all the documents. Earlier they said I have cleared all the rounds and now after submitting the documents they said it's a reject from the director. This is the first of a kind of company which asks documents first and then rejects. Think twice before joining the company.
