Had joined a unicorn had only heard about their culture did not confirm though, went on day 1 realized the rumors are true, went the next to office to meet the team just to be sure. All was clear toxicity/unrealistic expectations/long working hours/micromanaging/foul language you name it its there, dont know what I should do staying here for 1 year is going to be very tough, people are always leaving from here I am still giving interviews but had left organization in just 3 months because of toxic workplace even at my first company the work environment was bad so had decided to leave as soon as I complete 2 years. Now I don't want on my resume to show 3 company changes in just 1 year. I am thinking about leaving from current company but is it going to show up in PF history as well? its only been 2 days and i have not yet completed the post joining documentation. Although background verification they must have done it.
