I want some high-protein low carb food delivered to me everyday, what kind of platforms can provide such service?

I was discussing with my roommate and obviously Instagram got filled with ads of services like FoodDarzee.

Cook and eat. That's the only sustainable option. Platforms serve crap food with great advertisements and glossy pics. They absolutely do not care about your health. Follow the good old grandma advice.
