Persistent Systems terminated me the exact day the project ended flagging BGV problem.

When I joined they flagged some BGV problem related to education once that was sorted I was deployed to a project. The day the project ended they terminated flagging BGV issue . Total duration served around 4 months . No NP pay nothing. Access revoked within 5-6 hours. If BGV was issued why was i deployed to project ? Stay away from this toxic company.

Mabe they were not conducted properly on first time or bgv company used other company to conduct your bgv.

Then why did they deploy to project ? Also the point they raised had nothing to do with current role.

So it seems like they keep noting points the moment they dont need anyone just use that. Can be anything BGV or learning goals .. stupid company.

What did they mentioned over termination and have you received the service letter ? FNF etc

Termination date coinciding with project ended date is the strangest co incidence !! If BGV was issue why didn't tbey terminate in first 6 weeks itself and why was I deployed to project ! Hypocrites
