Percentage of hike for switching: 14L Accenture
How much percentage of hike can I ask for switching to Accenture as I have 7.3 years of experience for Data engineer role and 14.2 LPA fixed package.
Can I ask for 60-70% of fixed hike which is around 22.5 L - 23.5 L fixed or even more ?

Just check which Band they are hiring you for!! Up to Band 8 the variable is 27%. So settle with them accordingly.
How many days took to get the result after the technical round completion?
After 1st technical round they took one month to schedule the final round due to unavailability of panel, I reached out to know the result of final round after 2 days and was told that I have cleared so they will proceed with further process.
Don’t give then a %. Give them a number. Tell them why you are worthy of that number.
