People who treat juniors and seniors differently
Have noticed over the course of time, one of the clearest marks that somebody might be an asshole:
-
In front of seniors: Extremely nice, subservient, "How are you doing", "How was your weekend hehehe", They'll aggressively try to match lunch times, so on and so forth
-
When only juniors are around (absence of a senior): Clearly moody, won't talk properly, might even be aggressive in their asks, miss greeting them when crossing paths, avoid them during lunches, generally low energy around juniors
We all know them, but it's an interesting way to gauge the people around you I feel. Anyone else noticed this/some version of this?

HR people will act all “we are only a huddle/call away” in townhalls but don’t reply to the dms for days.

But but juniors bhi to cute ho sakte hai na

Toh? Should people talk to them nicely only if they are cute?

Are you not cute enough @Legend_WaitFrIt_Dary ?

I have experienced this very closely 👍🥲 OP thanks for this post it will act like a checklist for me henceforth.

HR heads are like this.

Experienced this while I was in a Private Bank. Private Banks in India are a different hell altogether.

Mera manager bhi aaisa hi hai.
