People who did and MBA having an already high salary (17-20LPA+), how did it go for you ?
Thinking of doing an MBA degree Main factor worrying me is I'm making a good amount of money in my current job (20lpa, 2yoe), but I want to do an MBA to gain a broader perspective/get a business outlook/make friends😔/personal growth. I'm kinda hell bent on going for it, but also worried about how to extract time for prep etc as I would not want to go below the top 6-7 colleges.
Want to know others experience who went through a similar situation. Is it worth it ?

My mentor used to tell me that you do an MBA in your 20s so that you reap the benefits in your 40s.
People do mba even after having a higher ctc because it helps in improving your profile. Don't just think purely in monetary terms. Your career is a marathon, not a sprint.

Yes, that is a reason I am still wanting to go for it. You translated a thing into words that I couldn't. Thanks man !!

Thanks man, even i have a similar ctc as yours, and I'm going for a tier 1 uni this year. Was really confused earlier but then i talked to my parents and relatives and decided to take the plunge. I can always come back to coding later, but once I get settled it'll be difficult to go back to uni.

If you do MBA From tier 1 your starting will be around 20-30LPA. In recent years it’s 25L median .
I dropped the plan after checking number and stats.
