It's true bad idea having relationship in office, you can't concentrate on work. If you need have one day standout and be like friends no attachments.

I don't know about others, but I've always been someone who could never date or marry a coworker. I just don't like the idea—casual hangouts are fine, but that's where I draw the line.

Personally I would suggest not doing it, but still if you want to, keep it offline completely.
If your coworkers come to know about it they very likely can and will use that to kick you in the peanuts!
A coworker-turned-friend of mine did it, they were caught kissing in the lift and even my mgr used to tease them, they broke up and both switched jobs.
Sad 😢

Never date at your workplace. It will ruin the relationship and work life.

Though I myself didn't, I have many friends and colleagues who did. Some switched companies and got married, one of them got married while in same office but had to switch teams, one got married after dating a coworker from his first job after many years but got divorced in a couple of years. One dated multiple coworkers from same office (not at same time), but broke up with them after they switched the jobs. So different outcomes, but most of them ended up in marriages.

Bro had that office heartthrob rizz

Nothing. It was same as dating someone outside. Only thing is try to keep it private among other colleagues to avoid all the office gossips.
If you can handle the breakup maturely u can date from any circle. People generally ask to avoid dating at work because u might have to work with them if it ends in breakup and not everyone is fit for that.
