I have been working as remote PM with an Canadian startup for 4 years. Its not a product company but a service company. I am looking for my next role. Exploring jobs both in India and over-seas(remote). What is a reasonable pay range I should be looking at in India?

As there is huge spike in software remote jobs which pay is USD while working remotely from India (obviously onncontract basis).
