PayPal (Bengaluru) vs Microsoft (Hyderabad)

I’m in a tough spot and could use some advice.
Current Situation: Location: Bengaluru Current Org: PayPal (Joined 2 weeks back) Title: SDE3 CTC: ₹50.95L (₹35L base + ₹3.5L variable + ₹12.45L RSUs) New Offer from Microsoft (Hyderabad): Title: SDE2 (L61) CTC 1st Year: ₹57.7L (₹33.5L base + ₹3L sign-on + ₹14.5L RSUs + bonus up to 20%) CTC 2nd Year: ~₹54.7L Relocation Required: Yes (HR won’t change to Bengaluru)
Would it be worth jumping again after just 1 month at PayPal for Microsoft? How is Microsoft Hyderabad in terms of teams, growth, and work culture?

Depends upon the team you're joining. Also Microsoft brand will open more doors for you in future.
I second this. Microsoft's name in your resume boosts opportunities for the future. If you already have a FAANG name in your resume, then you can think about Paypal, provided you already experienced work-culture of PayPal for last 2 weeks.
There are good and bad teams in both PayPal and Microsoft. If you have team information, then it might be more helpful to suggest. Having worked for PayPal before joining Microsoft, I think both companies have good products, good wlf, good quality work. I dont see any pro-cons working here or there (at-least for the teams I've worked on)
It would come down to salary and location. Quality of work and WLB is going to almost similar. Do you want to relocate for 4L increment? Are you not happy with your team in PayPal? What makes you think you'll be happy with team in Microsoft?
I think 1 year at Paypal will also give a good boost to your career. As Msft's offer doesn't look very attractive
SDE3 to L61 is a down level imo
