Overthinking
Hello viners,
I'm in my mid 20s. Whenever a random small thing happens to me or my body, I start googling it. Then self diagnosing, then always some type of cancer. Overthinking, stress, panic attacks.
I am not able to focus on my work. Daily life has worsened. Please give tips on how to overcome this.

Us bhai Us, but do search something called as 'health anxiety' used to happen to me a lot, I used to have this continuous fear that I'm gonna get a heart attack and die

How are you now?
What did you do to overcome this situation?

Doing better, it's pretty simple I just think about the time when I had that anxiety last time, did anything happen then? No then nothing would happen now and it's all in my head and I try to drink a lot of water it just makes me believe that it'll subside the anxiety and then eventually it does, believe me when the anxiety hits it gets worse. I'll share a related reddit post that helped me a lot.
