Overthinking

Hello viners,

I'm in my mid 20s. Whenever a random small thing happens to me or my body, I start googling it. Then self diagnosing, then always some type of cancer. Overthinking, stress, panic attacks.

I am not able to focus on my work. Daily life has worsened. Please give tips on how to overcome this.

Doing better, it's pretty simple I just think about the time when I had that anxiety last time, did anything happen then? No then nothing would happen now and it's all in my head and I try to drink a lot of water it just makes me believe that it'll subside the anxiety and then eventually it does, believe me when the anxiety hits it gets worse. I'll share a related reddit post that helped me a lot.

  1. Get your tests done for vitamin and nutrients deficiency and get the deficiencies fixed.

  2. Do some exercise.

  3. Spend some time outdoors.

(Can combine 2+3 with a simple walk too).

  1. Try to have 3-4 litres of water daily.

  2. Switch to healthier foods.

  3. Try to sleep early (if not everyday then most days; by early I mean by midnight)

  4. Get min 6 hours of sleep

  5. Socialise with your loved ones
