Outdated techstack

Hey all, I am currently working as a data engineer at Axis bank having 1.5 years of experience. The techstack being used for my role is informatica which i think is outdated. Very less work is done on pyspark and other tools especially in my team which i think can be a problem in terms of growth and switching to different companies. What should i do to tackle this and if i want to switch what should be the path. All suggestions are welcome 😊
