Oracle v/s Zomato as a fresher

Asking for a friend who'll passout this year. He has full time offer from Zomato, Bangalore and Oracle(currently interning at Oracle). CTC-wise there is not much difference except year end variable performance bonus of 5L in Zomato.

Now, he has decent learning curve in oracle but want to join Zomato to learn more and relatively new tech stack. Issue is Zomato's work culture and job security. Is it worth the risk to take Zomato? (not taking money much in consideration)

Zomato has a pretty bad WLB. One of my friends used to work there, and her mental peace was ruined like anything.

Zomato is a shithole, It drains the life out of you. It's a place where good people come to die. Your friend can have a good carrer in oracle. Don't put it in risk by joining this toxic team of ruthless people.

Joining Oracle will be a better move. You will learn there as well. Don't join Zomato. There's a high chance of layoffs.

Looking for a company in Delhi-NCR

I'm about to start looking for a new job in Delhi-NCR, need some recommendations on which companies can pay well! I highly prefer Gurgaon over other places. 5 days WFO is fine.

Please don't recommend Zomato.

What after Zomato?

I joined Zomato for a work life balance as I was from the Finance industry and used to work 6-6.5 days a week for 10-11 hours a day. I'm enjoying my time here but it's an individual role in sales and I'm provided 8 LPA for Tier 2 city. M...
