RRP:IN HAND= 100:(50-70), if you are rating 4 or 5. 3 may see lesser.
They follow pretty opaque calculation. You'll just see the number (before tax) shared by your reporting manager before end of march. Credited with March salary, along with salary hike.
Yep and also Do you know what are the consequences if one fails to complete 6 days and only does 5 days or may be less for RTO. As a manager i would assume you know something.
Got 5 star and approx 150 percent RRP
What is the RRP amount you got ? Looks like they low balled freshers. I got like 3 star and 60 percent RRP. Would you mind sharing TC and YOE ?
