Don't expect a good pay locally bhai, good pay only unless gurgaon hybrid company hai ya remote job...software mein Paisa kamaa ke koi aur business karke jaipur mein settle hou agar karna hai toh

Yes. 2-3 days a week gurgaon rest in jaipur. Some companies have a 10-day in office a month policy.

Chill marna hai toh Accenture join krlo, baki toh jaipur office companies I don't think any company pay higher than 12lkh at 4yoe, some even pay 20lkh to "tech lead" at 10yoe.
