Online websites for IDP. Views anyone?

I am planning a trip to Azerbaijan and am thinking of renting a car to go around. Currently my DL is registered with Noida RTO and I am put up in Bangalore. I have tried getting an IDP earlier and it had taken over a month for it to get ready. I am unable to go and stay for so long. My family stays with me. I was seeing options of getting online IDP but don't know if it actually works. Has anyone tried any of these websites? Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
