What's a cow dung zindagi? Not knowing Kannada is not a huge deal and ideally the government shouldn't mandate learning any language, if individuals feel that they're facing some issues by not knowing the language they should make a voluntary effort to learn it.

I didn't want to get into all that what govt can do, but since u brought it up, govt has already started on it. Rule has been amended and ready. Just that concesus for this is building up among kannadigas.
