One Opportunity..!!

Hi Grapeviners,

I’m a postgraduate student currently pursuing an MBA in HR from one of India’s prominent institutes. Before this, I graduated with a degree in agriculture from a top-tier university, which gave me a pretty unique (and sometimes surprising) perspective on different industries and skill sets.

(Feel free to skip the next few lines if you’re too busy)

As someone from a non-traditional background for HR, I’ve always enjoyed taking on challenges. While I don’t have prior work experience, I’ve worked on live internships and academic projects that have helped me build strong analytical and interpersonal skills—some great stories to share in interviews, if we get there!

Here’s the catch: because I’m currently on a student exchange program, I missed out on several campus placement opportunities. This makes it harder to break into roles through the usual process. But hey, challenges build character, right?

So now, I’m actively looking for referrals or openings in HR roles—particularly in consulting or other exciting domains where I can learn, contribute, and grow. I’m not chasing sky-high salaries, just a role that’s meaningful and sustainable (a.k.a. one that doesn’t leave me with instant noodles every night!).
