OIC (oracle integration cloud) Prep and referral tips

Hello grapeviners !

I’d really appreciate community’s help in getting me a job as OIC middleware integration in big 4. I don’t have much experience but I want to clear interviews and switch in the these companies asap ! Any roadmap for preparation , referrals will be highly appreciated as I’m currently under a lot of heat from my org without any reason :(
