Office Relationship

So, I got into a relationship with a guy in my office. He promised that he'd marry me and on the false pretext of marriage, he got physical with me. Since I'm 26, my parents asked me to see guys for marriage so I even told my parents about that guy. Now, this guy says that I'm hurrying into things, he needs time and now he doesn't feel for me. I feel stuck. I cannot concentrate on my work. I feel used. Can I file a rape case against him on the false pretext of marriage?
