I have an offer from FYND for SDET role offering 7 lpa. I also have an offer from EY for senior technical analyst offering 6 lpa.

Which one should I go for? I am a fresher graduating in May 2023 (computer science branch)

Do not go behind roles, they are made to fool you. Senior doesn't mean anything at this early stage in your career.

I would say join a start up, you'll thank me after a few years

You must check reviews on Glass door or Ambition Box. Overall, the company is very unstructured and it is founded by a person with an engineering mind set and the hierarchy follows engineering mind set. Hence, marketing, sales, and management lacks

@DoubleNode17 EY is not the best company out there but it’s brand value is still there. Hunker down for an year while you get work experience. Then switch to another org and expect close to 60-80% hike easily.

Senior tech analyst doesn't earn 6LPA at EY. Regardless, I'd still recommend EY. Great vacation policy, work life balance (depends on team though), and opportunities for growth.
