Please be cautious about Wipro.
Even if they have said 13lpa, what you will get in hand will be very less when compared to other companies. They have gratuity and all. They provide less benefits when compared to Accenture, tcs. Also the hikes are very less here .
Once a senior joined wipro and felt she got more in hand at her previous company sopra steria than she is getting here after a jump. She was really disappointed
Don't have any idea about cognizant.
Wipro. More money and SCB is a stable client and have presence in India from decades.
Confirmed client is better than no client that too with cognizant.
