Offer Rating and advice

I am currently entertaining an offer for Lead Data Scientist worth of 42 lacs base plus 20 % Variable, complete work from home and for six months, every year I have to work internationally daily allowances will be provided. Is it good or can I negotiate.

PS: They are willing to provide the buyout amount as well.
