Offer negotiations

Hi everyone,

I have recently cleared two rounds of interviews for the Assistant Manager – IT Security position at CitiusTech. I’m now preparing for the HR discussion regarding compensation.

I have around 6 years of experience in the IT security domain, with a current CTC of ₹10.5 LPA. Based on industry standards and the role expectations at CitiusTech, I would appreciate your suggestions on a fair and competitive salary range I can confidently request during the final round.

If anyone here has experience negotiating offers for similar roles at CitiusTech or in the healthcare tech industry, your input would be really helpful.
