I have 2 offers in hand currently both are for the same role and location.

14.10 Accenture fixed with 0 - 27% variable pay 16.4 Cognizant fixed with 70 k variable.

8+ years experience with tech stack Java + Angular.

Current package 8.7 as and Currently working on low salary as I was at onshore
