Offer letter delayed wipro
23rd july was my last working day in the current organisation, Tech Mahindra. I have cleared the interview round, HR round, salary discussion, background verification, and document submission with Wipro, but the sad part is that I haven't received an offer letter yet. Every day, I follow up with them, but the same answer is given every day, like there is a portal issue.
Currently, I am settled in Kolkata. I have cracked multiple interviews with Mphasis and Capgemini for the Bangalore and Pune locations, but I have prioritised Wipro because of the Kolkata location. And today is my last working day still haven't received the offer letter yet. What should I do in the last moment? Anyone facing this issue?

I faced the same issue. I was told by Wipro HR that there is a server issue at Wipro end from 1 week (1 week since issue is going on and still not fixed that too by one of the biggest MNC is hard to digest).
I received the offer from Wipro after 16 days of follow up.
Anyways, I got a better offer later so dropped a polite mail to Wipro HR the very next day saying - I have received a better offer so won't be able to join.
That's it.
temporarily move to the location with highest package. Comeback when you get in desired location. You will get a refresh of mind and energy for a change.
