Offer Letter Acceptance
Hi All , I have a serious doubt and I need clarification. Actually I recently got an offer from a company (take it as Company A) and on the same day I got another offer letter from another company(let's say Company B) . Both the companies are ok with 90 days notice period and both the companies are offering the same salary package .For now I have accepted the company B. Can I accept the offer of both the companies and at the time of joining letter release, can I select one company and reject the other one ? Need your help

yes, accept both don't join which you don't like. with in that you can negotiate to get may be another raise.
So firstly company A sent me link for uploading documents and later ingot a call from Hr saying to send few documents and fill the bgc form in the portal and upload few document's , I didn't get any information or update regarding the salary negotiation . After 10 day I dropped a mail and they sent a offer letter. By that time I accepted the offer letter of company B and also filled the bgc as well. Will it be OK to accept the offer of Company A. Will they block me later if I
don't join ? Will it effect my PG history?
Look, you can accept both, and as long as you don't show on first day of joining, it's all good.
