I am also in a boat, did your client round happened ? I have some friends working in synechrone, you will be given about 45-60 days to look for another project if you are on bench, there after they might fire
Regarding work culture, it is decent.
Most of the things depends upon the client you will be working for. But try to get another offer, and synechrone as counter
If there is nothing then at last join it.
