Job security is okay, but work culture had become hectic in recent times, after the last times layoff in US. They do put people in PIP though, if you perform too low below the bar, or deliberately start avoiding work for some personal reasons.
Thanks for sharing @shpinq . Have another offer from a product company which has 5k employees. I am comparing which one to join.
A close friend of mine works there. She was stuck in the same role for more than 2.5 years though she is hard working and the salary increments are way too less.
I also heard they have this 8 hours of punch in time for the days you are in office
