is this the CTC Nike offers or they lowballed me? How is Nike in terms of career growth and learning? Any other suggestions?

Don't quote me on this , but I've read a couple of Glassdoor reviews and majority of them say the growth there is stagnant.
And I also find it hard to believe that a company like nike doesn't own a proper building/workspace in Bangalore. If I'm not wrong they have a shared working space in wework
