Offer evaluation - Fresher
Have an offer from a startup with ~20 LPA (fixed + bonuses). Also, going to get an offer from Gameskraft in the coming days. Any ideas on what is the compensation they offer to freshers?
The 2022 data was: 16 L(base) + 2 L(recurring bonus) + 15 L(ESOPs over 4 years).
Any suggestions on what to do? Thanks!

Gameskraft has good learning for freshers but the growth has taken a hit after the tax laws change. Salary offered is good for fresher. You can work for 1-2 years
