Offer evaluation

Currently working in a crypto startup where I joined like 2 months back. Got an offer from Ola today. They are offering around 20% hike on current CTC. Should I join Ola (considering the work culture there) or stay here in this crypto firm (the culture here isn't good either but atleast wlb is there).
