Adobe – Illustrator team more product focussed but I’ve heard mixed reviews regarding internal politics and team culture. However, it offers a shift from my current domain, which I’m considering for growth.

Congratulations bhai, can you please tell me after technical round how many days we should expect response from HR for package discussions ?
Verbal offer was given 2 days after director round , once you negotiate and agree on it they sent draft offer over mail confirm on the numbers , 4 days later official offer letter is generated
Oh okay, for one of furtune 500, I have given technical round on 16th May and in workday I can see "under consideration" but it has been almost 10 working days but no reply from HR
How did u got calls , I'm at the same exp level as you not getting any calls
When did you start applying (I started applying during Feb March and got most of these calls during those months only , even during the notice period currently not getting calls) ? for applying mostly cold email to the recruiter, directly apply, instahyre , naukri
