Verbal offer was given 2 days after director round , once you negotiate and agree on it they sent draft offer over mail confirm on the numbers , 4 days later official offer letter is generated

Oh okay, for one of furtune 500, I have given technical round on 16th May and in workday I can see "under consideration" but it has been almost 10 working days but no reply from HR

Adobe any day. On the top of it, Adobe will give you ESPP option also which goes to 25% of your salary so this way as well you can get good number of shares every quarter along with RSUs.
