I worked in Q2 ind. but they didn't convert us for a full-time role after working hard for 10 months just hate Q2.
Don't want to sound too negative but mostly Unlimited Leaves are a scam (because you don't get your leaves approved that easily).
Try to get some info on these aspects for both companies and then decide.
