Offer Comparison: VOIS vs LTIM vs Xoriant vs Fulcrum

Looking for insights from the community — I have multiple offers for Lead/Senior Data Engineer roles (~10 years experience) and would appreciate inputs on project quality, work culture, stability, work life balance and growth opportunities. Currently in Mumbai but wanted to relocate Pune.

1️⃣ NCS–26 LPA, Pune (Lead DE) 2️⃣ Neutrino–27 LPA fixed, Pune (Lead DE) 3️⃣ Fulcrum Digital–31 LPA fixed, Pune (Lead DE) 4️⃣ LTIMindtree–24 LPA Mumbai (Specialist DE) - client not fixed 5️⃣ Xoriant–37 LPA fixed, Mumbai (Lead DE) 6️⃣ VOIS–35 LPA + 8% var + 1 lac relocation- Pune (Manager – Lead AWS DE)

I’m currently leaning toward VOIS, as the role and project (VOIS internal) are already confirmed.

Would appreciate genuine feedback from current or former employees before finalizing.
