Guys, How is EY GDS from the original EY, what is the difference (projects, training, liscense, learning, tools used, growth etc?). Is it a good company to join as experienced person. Pls let me know your suggestions

I am part of GDS for like 2 yrs now. It is really a great organization. The brand value and job security are its main perks. Other factors vary from one domain to another. Contact someone in your domain to get more details

It's a good organization, working right now as a technology consultant,its global ey team so you will get to work with some good international clients, sometimes you will get an onsite opportunity but that's not often, even in bad market trends you will get 12-20 percent avg hike,so I think its best but it also depends on which department you will work.
