I'm Salesforce developer (4+ YOE) on NP with offers from Tech Mahindra (21 lpa - 18.5 fixed) and NTT Data (24 lpa - 21 fixed). CCTC - 18 LPA. Not getting any offers due to usually budget constraints. Is it wise to join NTT now? Facing issues in current company. Would appreciate insights -
- Is 21 lpa fair for 4+ YOE
- How are hikes at NTT?
- How's the bench period or job security here? Layoff probability?
- How much of variable they usually pay and monthly or quarterly?
- What's the maximum limit of Grade 8?
