Notice period issue

I got an offer and the joining date is Feb 10 but my current company TCS notice period ends on Feb 26. My manager is not ready to give early release even though there is no dependency on me. Suggest me what I have to do?

Same issue with me also .

I got an offer and the joining date is 20 Jan but my current company TCS notice period ends on 4 March. My manager is not ready to give early release even though there is no dependency on me.

Better check with HR or ask new company to give an extension.
